Shenlha Wökar. One of the four transcendent lords (bder gshegs gtso bzhi), the four main peaceful deities in the Bön tradition. Associated with the primordial, gshen lha 'od dkar is regarded as a Reality Body (bon sku), and is sometimes identified with khri rgyal khug pa, the prime mover in the creation of the universe, who at the cosmogony breaks open a white egg, leading to the manifestation of the positive dimensions of the world.

Etymology
Basic Syllabic Etymology:
gshen is a Zhang Zhung word that has many associations, but usually has the sense of “priest” or “teacher of Bön.” The meaning of gshen lha, however, is not entirely clear; it can indicate “the god of the priests” or “the god who is a priest.” ‘od dkar is Tibetan for “white light.” (Language: Zhangzhung)
