the title of a high official in the royal house, holding the post od the head of Kot Bhandaar in the olden days. (Kot Bhandaar was where income from the royal cow sheds all over the country was received. The oyal stores, the place where the inco,e and expenses of the royal household were handled in kind, no in cash. This post no longer exists. It existed in the days of the Rana egime in Nepal).
