Passage
bdud rtsi lnga are the five nectars that constitute the so called authentic ritual substances (dam rdzas) of Anuttarayogatantra. The primary source lists seven sets of five substances (five grains, five jewels, etc.). However, it does not list the five nectars but only gives mantras related to them. In other sources, there are variations in the set of five nectars. Another possible list for five nectars includes dri chen, dri chu, rakta, māṃsa, and rdo rje'i zil pa.
